Miniature Dew Point Transmitter
Miniature-size dew point transmitters DMT143 and DMT143L are ideal choices when you want to measure dew point accurately in small compressed air dryers, glove boxes, plastic dryers, additive manufacturing, and other OEM applications. They are easy to integrate and can be used with the Vaisala Indigo80 Handheld Indicator.
Vaisala DMT143 DRYCAP® Dew point Transmitter is a compact transmitter designed to monitor very dry conditions such as in desiccant dried compressed airlines, transformer and plastics drying applications, as well as in nitrogen purged systems.
Knowledge of the real dew point, not just system temperature, ensures high quality air in your system at all times and enables optimization of your dryer capacity. DMT143 autocalibration function provides excellent long-term stability, and the Sensor Purge feature allows for rapid response from ambient to dry process conditions. The transmitter is resistant to compressor oil and most other chemicals. DMT143 can be installed directly into pressurized systems at 50 bara (725 psia) maximum pressure. Sampling cell adapters are also available for pressures up to 10bar.
